DISCLAIMER: I wrote this post on Tuesday!!!

Bei, Cam, Me and supposingly shirley is meeting for kushinbo dinner yesterday. But shirley rushed home after work when she heard her sis telling her that Cash is bleeding non stop. so BCD (bei, cam and deng..i’ve decided to use acronyms) had our dinner first. Poor C….we arranged to meet at 630pm and she really arrived at 630pm. I was late as my appt at woodlands ended at 6pm. B is late too. I arrived at around 715pm. B arrived after 730pm. Ended up, C was shopping by herself and gotten neccesary and unnecessary stuff…hahaha….

anyways, we had a very spicy Thai dinner. We skipped kushinbo as we reckon that none of us can finish a buffet worth $50. then we went ToyR’Us for our halloween shopping. A corner was dedicated to it but a lot of stuff were gone from the shelves. Guess there were earlier shoppers than BCD

I tried out the Mr Bean mask, Elvis wig….I guessed I looked silly cos BC were laughing out loud! C is going to be a witch and she bought herselve the long hat. B and D has no idea from the very limited selection there as it seemed that most of the stuff were for kids rather than adults.

After paying for C’s stuff, we proceed to Careffour for more choices. The corner for selection was at least twice as small but it has kept B and D very excited. Seemed more stuff that fit us. B is going to DIY her own look at the party. I’ll be a blood sucking vampire. Bought cape, blood, face paint, teeth, horns, angel wings for kuro, devil’s horn for shiro, etc etc….it seemed a variety of things ya…Shir joined us at careffour but bought nothing as she is still fickled minded on what she want to be….hehe

I pay up first to enjoy the 5% discount…ended up we bought $130 worth of halloween stuff!!! Afterwhich, we decided to head back to ToysR’US. B took a broken arrow prop and some other stuff to pay again at ToysR’US….The cashier himself already look ghaustly without halloween makeup…haha…bei joked that we can invite him to the party! However, that broken arrow has no price tag and barcode and can’t end up in the shopping bag. yah, we should have just take it with us discreetly! anyways….we left suntec to have some desserts at liang siah street and at the same time settle the bills for the halloween stuff.

We were really smart in paying up. thinking to put things to the cashier by sequence (bei stuff then followed by mine) will make it easier for us to settle the bill later. I passed the receipt to Cam as usual, our unofficial finance minster for the group. She looked at the receipt, open her big eyes even bigger then slam the receipt on the table and say “YOU GUYS TAKE A LOOK AT THIS RECEIPT!” so all our heads probe over and then…”HAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHA….” take a look yourself…

And so we just have our desserts and have some armpit hair talk……..????!!!! yes, we’re talking about armpit hair being entangled…

Shirley: yah, his armpit hair always entangled, I gotta comb them frequently.
Cam: No, you comb wrongly, he’ll hurt the way you combed him. (She demonstrated on Bei’s arm) 
Shirley: Yah, I comb like that what…
Cam: *STERN* NO! you do it like that (Demonostrate the painful armpit hair combing by shirley)

hahahahaha….who’s armpit hair are we talking about??!! HE IS CASH, Shirley’s Poodle-Maltese mix MALE DOG!

Amazinging, I manage to wake up for my usual Sunday dog outing….Today, we’re celebrating Shirley’s friend - Jon’s birthday! so somehow, our last week resolution was only fullfilled by Shirley only (what’s the resolution ar…it was to bring one friend with a dog along to our sunday outing…hehe)

So beibei came my place to pick me and shirley (she took cab to my place) and our two lovely babies - Cash and Shiro. As usual, Shiro never fails to get excited and pee whenever she sees Kuro…but lately, she has been peeing direct at Kuro’s face….oops! Shir and cash arrived shortly and we start our journey to the east!!! Pasir Ris Farmway!

Jon was already there when arrived.  so our dogs where all there for their weekly swim.  Then hor….something that happened last week happen again!!!! Our dear 7342 renault kangoo broke down again!!! what a coincidence! last week shirley’s birthday, it broke down. this week another person’s birthday….it broke down. Shirley said she’s luckier cos she managed to catch 2 meals before kangoo gave way…..but Jon hasn’t eaten anything and it broke down. Shirley also complained “dunno who say this week everyone must bring one friend along…ended up only me bringing jon and a dog along” bei replied “yah…we got bring….i bring deng and deng bring me lor!” hahahahaha….

the car failed to start at the first attempt to revive the battery. the dog/car owners there made different suggestions and comments….but one of them sounded reasonable. “get a more powerful car to connect”. AMAZINGLY, shirley’s cousin turned up at the place and her cousin-in-law drives a WRX…so tat should be powerful enough ba….and thus, he drove his car over to ignite the battery and TAAA DAAA! it works! so all of us pack our bags and go nowhere else but hillview way for the safest place to park the car….

we ordered takeaway lunch at the nice nice dua carpark (that’s the nickname for that coffeeshop area)…hokkien mee, the will-not-be-nua-nua wanton mee….rojak, popiah, etc etc

after lunch, we went up to the cosy corner of bei’s room - the balcony some poker card games. Shirley re-introduce the game IN BETWEEN to all of us and we start placing bet to start the game rolling…everyone added $1 to the pool and it was $5 initially. The game was rather friendly in the beginning with everyone betting $1, $2 more to win portion of the pool money. But erm, we have daring devils at the table….that’s nonetheless - GINA SEH….once seeing opportunities, she’ll SHOW HAND, wanting to win the pot of money….but luck was tough on her today. here are some examples of her cards…

4 and J - GOOD CHANCE….she shouted $10! TAA DAAA….the card opens 4! she has to throw in $20 (DOUBLE!) cos it was not inbetween 4 and J and it happened to be one of the 2 cards!

3 and Q - EVEN BETTER CHANCE….she shouted $50! TAA DAA….the card opens K! she has to throw in another $50….

this kind of good cards but lousy luck persist for her throughout the game and the record pot of money was hitting near $400! Poor cammy is having intense headache on her every hand she had. but she is damn funny lah….she has no lose change and thus she only took a huge stack of paper to start writing money value on them. from the initial $1 to the ultimate $200…

ultimately, beibei was banned from the game due to her extreme suey-ness with the cards today. Cam called for a game over resolution as she cannot take it anymore when even I lose $100 to the pot after following suit on bei’s suey-ness in the game…but surprisingly, somewhat near $100 is missing as we count the split of money….hahaha…gone with the win or we counted wrongly right from the start?

we changed game….to something friendly, yet abusive….HEART ATTACK! hahahaha….and the very suey bei must still injure her finger while trying to hit us hard on calling a heart attack. and i also super cock eye….i looked as if it was a personal revenge on one of my heart attack win to only hit the sideway which ended up a strong blow on her hand….hahahaha…..

We switch game to play big two…Jon said she knew the basic only…but we still play along…we started with pair. 3 pair, 4 pair, 5 pair…then is jon’s turn. she asked “how many cards should i throw” we answered “something with pair” so she throw big! Q pair! we all passed and is her turn……she throw……J pair….we laughed! are you sure you can play this game? Cammy went over to look at her cards and laugh out loud! after throwing her Q pair and J pair….she AMAZINGLY has one more J and Q on hand! hahahaha…anyway, bei won that round…..i think we all still dunno how to play big two in front of her since our bangkok trip….unbeatable…haha…

we switched game again…..to AH CHUP….somethings similiar to mahjong….something that doesn’t have to depend on luck that much and requires some thinking…..so bei suggested…..let’s gamble again…so we played $0.50 per hand…poor birthday girl lost quite a bit in this game as we keep seeing her opening her wallet to take out more money to pay…i lost $2 but i think shir and bei won some combine $30 off Jon….haha….

we played black jack as well….i still sucks at it….lost almost all my hand i think….shirley should be a happy banker swiping away all our money at her very lucky hands….hehe….

we ordered pizza hut which came very late and we left at around 1030pm. it was a very tired but yet fun day….we rocked the house whenever bei is down on her luck with the cards…..hahaha….just too funny….i very tired now….1am…gotta sleep….anything i miss out just refer to comments or addons on badnana xanga blog.

Ok, I think I can unofficially term who’s the “famous four” in our weekly SAJC outing - Me, Selwyn, Adrian and Leyen. We met on Friday night. 1030pm after Adrian’s cellgroup. Had Newton hawker supper - carrot cake, chicken wings, fishballs, BBQ fish and cheng ting. After which, we wanted to play pool but tables were full and we ended up walking up and down middle road, selegie area to settle at Rochor dao huey to eat again. Mr low called us at 1230am after her Bedok mahjong session to have HK cha chan ting. we ate away his mahjong winnings of $20…hehe…

we parted “early” at 2am and settled on another 10pm outing the next day for KTV session.

leyen came to my place around 9pm to pick me up to liang court for our KTV. Sel and Adrian joined us there shortly….the singer on our most selected list was……..DANIEL CHEN xiao dong…..haha…so old school….cos Mr Tay likes his songs. After KTV, we were aimless on where to go…but somewhat henderson wave was agreed upon. thus we ventured into bt merah area. amazingly the Singapore most expensive bridge was quite crowded with people parked at different arc of the bridge playing games and chit chatting. the night was still young for us at 2am and thus Mr Low suggested Keppel Bay….another bridge. we drove there but it was closed, so we settled for the nearest park - labrador park. brought macdonalds and set beside the sea for our usual famous four chit chatting session…we left at around 3am but after sending Mr Tay home, i got home at 4am…thinking on how to wake up for the next morning dogs outing….
