Which place could make me visit 2 times within a month?
haha…besides Malaysia Johor Bahru (that is compulsory due to work), it would be Batam! Was filling in a yellow health declaration card that requests you to fill in the most recent 3 countries you visited within these 2 weeks and it happened that Batam needs to be filled in AGAIN!
anyway, here’s some reasons why this Batam would be a regular weekend getaway spot:
1. To replenish sundry and snacks (the seasoned balonglong and mangoes are nice!)
2. To get cheap/good 1.5hour full body massage at SGD20
3. Feast on cheap/good seafood
4. Ride on a jet ski without a motor boat licence
5. Supermarket shopping (we can’t miss this out in any overseas trip it seems…)
The recent trip marks another FIRST ATTEMPT with beibei. Jet ski turned from scary to exciting and fun! I never fail to have awful experiences with the washroom when i’m overseas…seems like a curse. The plumber had to come twice to solve the problem in our room 
and as usual….I continue my losing streak at the 13 card games.
