I’ve done my day op. In a concious state. The feeling was awful. First, I was being strapped to the bed with a L-shape pole over my face to allow them to put on the typical green blanket to block my view from the surgery. Then the heartbeat machine starts registering my heartbeat and the sound just makes u nervous. Then the anesthesia jab came. I got poke twice…gosh…anyway…the numbness came but you can still feel the hands and the surgical tool on it. So it was a frightful 1hour plus for me. Post-op was ok. Given tonnes of painkillers but I only took once cos I think the pain is still bearable.

Went Orchard to meet an old client of mine. Got to know her to years ago. A very nice and educated malay lady in her 50s. She got a PHD in marine studies. I think Siti would love to know her…

Sat night was a hanging out time with my JC mates again. had late dinner at old airport road market. Thanks to leyen who have become my full time chauffeur at every gathering ever since she has gotten a car. Kudos to her….always drive down from clementi to fetch me…haha…after old airport road, we moved on to……SENTOSA again…haha…they seemed to fall in love with night time tanjong beach cos is deserted enough. First time I feel high after drinking red wine. But I think I drank quite a bit…2 bottles shared among 3. Then a 4am supper at swee choon…

Saw a drunkard episode with Taxi driver and policemen. He sat on the rooftop of the taxi!!! It took 3 policemen to subdue him. He really make silly remarks. “You want to fight, give me your lumber (he meant numbers)” but why would you need a phone number to fight?! haha…anyway….the kapoy me, adrian and selwyn stood around for a while to watch the whole scene…haha…
